Job Purpose
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an amazing shopping experience for Adidas customers. Your job is to help customers find the perfect products, maintain the store, and assist with sales transactions. Whether you’re selling the latest sneakers or helping with stock, your energy and enthusiasm will make all the difference!
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service – Make every shopper feel welcome and valued. Assist customers with purchases – Help them find the right size, style, and product. Process sales transactions – Handle cash, credit card, and other payments. Manage store displays – Keep products organized and visually appealing. Stock handling – Help move products from the storeroom to the sales floor. Prevent shrinkage – Ensure all stock is accounted for and secure. Maintain store cleanliness – Keep the store neat and tidy at all times. Use sales techniques – Suggest add-ons and describe product features to boost sales.
Skills You Need
To thrive in this role, you should have: Strong listening skills – Understand what customers need. Excellent customer service – Make shopping a fun experience. Qualifications & Experience
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) 0 – 1 year of retail experience (No experience? No problem! Adidas will train you.)
