Admin Clerk at Midvaal Municipality

Our Municipality is currently recruiting dedicated young and energetic individual who will be responsible for cleaning answering and screening all calls to the Traffic Chief and Chief Superintendent.

Minimum Requirements and Experience

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Computer literacy Certificate.
  • Valid Driver’s License (added as advantage).
  • Computer literacy including MS Word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have at least two years years of relevant experience in administration within Local Government Authority or similar pressurized environment.
  • Must be South African Citizen
  • Sober Habit

Duties and Responsibilities required

  • Performing any other related ad hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time
  • Filing of admin work for Traffic Services to ensure that accurate archiving is sustained.
  • Organising of functions (formal or informal).
  • To ensure that the section administrative functions are in place for future reference and general smooth operation of the section.
  • Organising Chief Traffic and Chief Superintendent’s Diaries.
  • Monthly report writing
