Role summary:
An Administrator , reporting to a Manager within the Alternative Assets team.
You will typically be responsible for providing quality and efficient client service to investors.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with Managers, Associate Directors and other staff as part of the team;
- Responding to investor services related queries received from investors, clients, consultants and auditors as applicable;
- Proactively manage daily workflow, ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standards, within agreed deadlines;
- Building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with investors, clients and other internal operational areas;
- Adherence to internal policies, controls and processes;
- Demonstrate an ability to take responsibility for all aspects of investor/client care;
- Ensuring internal database records are maintained accurately, in relation to investor/client information and/or updated as circumstances change, for example contacts and bank details;
- Investor on boarding, including the collation and maintenance of KYC documentation required to meet regulatory requirements;
- Review and maintenance of investor information required to satisfy regulatory/tax reporting such as FATCA/CRS;
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and general team administration and other such tasks as maybe required;
- Act in the best interests of the division by supporting and mentoring more junior members of staff as applicable;
- Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.
Requirements
Skills / experience:

Third level qualification in business, finance or a related field would be an advantage;

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
The Data Developer will be expected to:
- Work collaboratively within a project team, reporting to an IT Manager.

Role Summary
As a Senior Administrator in the Compliance Team you will report to the Senior Manager Compliance and be responsible for a number of important administrative tasks and provide support to the Compliance function which will ultimately enable the Compliance Officer & Money Laundering Compliance Officer to provide robust management information to the boards of the Apex regulated entities.
Key responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist with ad-hoc compliance matters including but not limited to regulatory matters as they arise.
- Complete oversight and approval of High-risk review forms
- Complete oversight and approval of PEP categorization and PEP declassification review forms
- Assist with the collation of supporting statistical information when required from time to time.
- Complete overnight screening compliance reviews
- Maintain compliance registers
- Assisting with ensuring that there are adequate systems and controls (including policies and procedures) for monitoring compliance with, and testing the effectiveness of policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism and the JFSC AML/CFT/CPF Handbook.

Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with other duties to support the Senior Members of the Apex Compliance Function from time to time.

Experience:

- Will either hold or be willing to work towards a relevant compliance qualification (as determined by Apex).

We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join the Apex Corporate Services team. The successful incumbent will be required to take responsibility for the administration of a client portfolio whilst providing the highest quality of customer service.
The candidate will have direct responsibility for servicing a large portfolio of offshore based clients and will work closely with the management team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including:
- Be responsible for and working with senior administrator managing a client portfolio including all aspects of administration & company secretarial matters;
- Manage the day-to-day client request and reporting;
- Communicate directly with clients and the manager to answer and resolve queries;
- Assisting with the organising and supervising the execution of the income distribution and ongoing administration process (supported by a payment team);

- Assist with bank account openings and coordinate AML/KYC requests around the entity portfolio when required;

- Prepare and implement customer-specific procedures in relation to the governance and reporting requirements for specific client structures;

Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a fund administration role or relevant experience within financial services or law.
- An LLB, BCom, or a relevant business qualification is essential.
- Experience in corporate solutions, fiduciary services, legal work, or in-house company secretarial roles would be advantageous.
- Being an admitted attorney will further strengthen your application.
- A strong academic background in areas such as Chartered Secretary, Corporate Governance, Compliance, or similar fields is also desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook)
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment relating to fund management (some training will be provided)
- Willing to adapt and learn and work with a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A basic understanding of AML requirements
