Introduction

EPM is constantly seeking new angles into market to provide innovative SaaS solutions to our customers. Within our division we support and encourage each other in problem solving and design thinking, and we are looking for Team Leads who share the same vision of creation, design, and commitment that we have as a business. We need a graduate that has a basic understanding of data modelling and some technical exposure.

They will assist team members with software and project tasks to enable their own upskilling and experience. They will skill themselves up through official training and on the job experience. They will be expected to write the necessary certification exams once they have gained some experience and completed the necessary course material. The candidate would ideally have some form of Business or IT related degree.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities for the Role

The EPM Development Graduate will be responsible for the following duties:

•        Required to assist in the development and configuration of EPM solutions
•        Assist in the development of proof of concept and demonstration applications

•        Proactively and efficiently work on assigned tasks under supervision of senior team members
•        Log time and assist with admin tasks assigned by senior members
•        Clear understanding of Database structures
•      Troubleshooting any issues which might occur in terms of system and data.
•      Ability to work under pressure

Minimum requirements

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

•      Basic Microsoft SQL Skills (e.g. SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE and JOIN statements)
•      BCom in Information systems, BSc In Informatics, or related degree
•      Basic Understanding of Business Intelligence 
•      Ability to converse both to business and technical stakeholders
•      Collaborative team player who establishes relationships with ease and communicates effectively with persons on all levels
•      Understanding of multidimensional models (hierarchies, dimensions, etc) 
•      Basic understanding of the concept of ETL processes
