Job Description:

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • South African ID
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in media research tools and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning and Buying

  • Assist in the development and implementation of media plans.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to support media strategies.
  • Coordinate with media vendors and partners to secure the best media placements.

Client Support

  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Support the Media Account Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Help develop media strategies that align with clients’ marketing goals.

Campaign Management

  • Support the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports for clients.
  • Help optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions.
  • Coordinate with external media vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Administrative Support

  • Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure all client and campaign documentation is up-to-date and organized.
