  • Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Operations team.

 Qualification and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate – Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations management
  • Minimum: Entry level
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Technical Writer (CTW) or certifications in specific software or systems can be beneficial.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong passion and interest in Technical Writing skills
  • Adaptable and resilient.
  • Performance driven and individually accountable.
  • An enquiring mind and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team of skilled individuals while delivering on own personal goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
