Job Description
Open the door to an exciting learning journey where IT support will be part of your day job as an IT Intern, whilst having your learning journey supported by a team of IT professionals who are eager to help you grow your skills and knowledge base in the working world. This position is based at the Truworths Head Office in Cape Town and requires the successful candidate to be in Cape Town and ready to start in October/ November 2024.

Skills within Information Technology are transferable skills that are also used in other Industries. The exciting thing about retail is that it is a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic industry that has to move with the times to ensure that we offer our customers the best possible products. Our Information Systems Department helps us to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities • End User support

• Business Applications Support
• Customer Service
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
• Remotely resolves IT technical issues (computers, printers, network and software related issues)

Qualifications and Experience
We consider graduates from various tertiary education backgrounds with a Degree/ BTech or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology. We would also consider alternative programming qualifications like diplomas and certificates. We welcome applications from recent graduates who are entering the job market for the first time in their career and who can take up the position from October/November 2024. Requirements: Attach your academic results to date.
