About the Busamed Learnerships 2025

Busamed is offering learnership programmes for candidates who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical work skills to advance their careers. The Busamed Learnerships program is designed to connect unemployed graduates with employers in the Health and Social sectors, allowing them to gain valuable work experience that aligns with their qualifications. It’s important to note that all participants in this initiative must be TVET graduates and currently unemployed.

During the program, you will engage in a structured curriculum that blends theoretical assessments with practical working sessions in a real-world company environment. With the support and mentorship of experienced training providers, you will be encouraged to make significant progress as you work toward achieving your qualification. This hands-on approach not only enhances your learning experience but also prepares you for future employment in the healthcare field, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

The Busamed Learnerships are available for the fields below:

  • Marketing

Participants in the program will receive in-service training under the guidance of qualified supervisors, ensuring that they gain practical experience in a supportive environment. Upon successful completion of the training, graduates will be placed with an employer for an 18-month period, allowing them to apply their skills in a real-world setting while further developing their professional capabilities.
