In line with our dedication to customer-centricity, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team on a 6month contract as an Enterprise Business Unit Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team of #Unstoppables.
Purpose of the Job:
The EBU Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing and growing key direct and indirect relationships in the telecom sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities
Account management
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling mobile and fixed products and services to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Customer Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, customer support, as well as the Partner and Key Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.
Perform any other related duties as requested by Management
Work consistently according to standard operating procedures.
Analyze situations and take necessary action to ensure quality is maintained within SLA timeframes.
Seek feedback from clients/ stakeholders and continuously seeks ways of improving on quality and customer service standards.
Ensure complete documentation is received and verifying stock availability prior to documentation submission to vetting or operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Matric / Grade12
Cell C systems and process knowledge would be an advantage
Experience
5 years’ experience in administration is essential, preferably in fast moving industry
ICT Experience (GSM)is preferable
