,Crazystore is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Manager to join our vibrant team in Muizenberg.

Job Title: Trainee Manager
Location: Crazystore – Muizenberg

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail management and a drive to succeed in a dynamic retail environment. As a Trainee Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, guiding and developing a team of employees, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of retail management experience is required.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and foster a positive work environment.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do approach with enthusiasm for problem-solving and customer service.
• Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a retail store across boundaries, including the supervision of staff, inventory management, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and merchandising.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of store policies and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales reports and work with the management team to develop strategies for sales growth and improved customer engagement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
