Ctrack, in partnership with Youth Employment Service (YES), is committed to creating diverse workplace opportunities for young individuals.

Who can apply?

Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
Aged between 18 and 29.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must reside close to the workplace area.
Must not have a criminal record.
Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2025.
Highest Qualification to be Grade 12.
Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage.

12-months

How much will you earn?

R5000 stipend monthly

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests.
Guide visitors to the appropriate person or office within the organization.
Answer and forward phone calls.
Ensure that the reception area is organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
Offer accurate information in person or via phone/email to visitors and callers.
Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Follow safety procedures and control access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Order front office supplies and maintain inventory.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Assist with travel arrangements.
Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
Handle tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
