Depending on the option made available at checkout, the following rules apply. If no delivery option is available, collection will be the default method.

Collections option: Once payment has been processed and received by us, you will receive a notification by email with details on the pick up point and when to collect your order from. Please ensure that the contact information provided during checkout is accurate to facilitate prompt communication. Orders must be collected within 15 business days from the date of the notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, you must contact us to arrange an alternative collection date (our contact details are below).

To collect your order, you are required to present a valid form of identification and your order confirmation. This ensures we can verify your identity and process the collection efficiently.

If your order is not collected within the specified collection period and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will issue a refund.

Customised Orders: For customised orders, you will receive a notification by email once your order is ready for collection. Customised orders typically take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will communicate the revised timeline to you promptly.

Delivery option: If the delivery option is available and selected, we strive to deliver your order within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays.

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout for which you will be responsible for.

If you are not available to receive the delivery on the scheduled attempt(s), please contact us on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up.
