Digby Wells Environmental is seeking a passionate and motivated Climate Change Intern to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Assist in researching climate change impacts and adaptation strategies.
• Support the development of reports, presentations, and educational materials.
• Analyse data related to climate policies and environmental trends.

• Participate in outreach efforts, including social media campaigns and community engagement.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing insights and feedback.
• Help organize events, workshops, and seminars focused on climate issues.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Policy, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong interest in climate change and environmental issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, GIS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
