 About the Role – Sales Representative

 Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
 Salary: Competitive and market-related
Qualification: Matric/Grade 12 + Sales qualifications (added advantage)

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling DSV’s world-class services and solutions. You’ll drive new business, maintain strong client relationships, and promote the company’s brand.

 Key Responsibilities

 1. Sales & Client Growth

  • Build and maintain a strong client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Grow the sales pipeline for future deals.

 2. Customer Support

  • Handle client service inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Be a brand ambassador that upholds DSV’s reputation.

 3. Product Knowledge & Brand Promotion

  • Showcase advanced knowledge of DSV products and services.
  • Promote the brand in all interactions with potential clients.

 4. Compliance & Procedures

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper sales reporting and documentation.

 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

 Matric Certificate (Grade 12, NQF Level 4)
 3+ years experience in logistics sales (non-negotiable)
 Proven sales achievements and ability to meet targets
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Exceptional negotiation and selling skills
 Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
 Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to interact with people of all levels
