1. Customer Service Excellence

   • Resolve any issues or complaints from passengers quickly and professionally to maintain Emirates’ excellent reputation.
2. Check-in and Boarding Operations
   • Follow all company procedures and safety regulations when handling passengers and their luggage.
   • Manage check-in counters and assist passengers with check-in and boarding.
   • Help passengers who require special assistance, such as those with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, or elderly passengers.
   • Proactively handle queues and guide passengers to the correct counters.
   • Help ensure smooth boarding processes by assisting with boarding calls, baggage handling, and flight readiness.
3. Baggage Services
   • Assist passengers with their baggage by ensuring that it’s handled correctly and promptly.
   • Keep passengers informed of any baggage delays and assist with baggage claims and lost items.
   • Work with other teams to make sure bags are returned to passengers as quickly as possible.
   • Help with the recovery of bags that are delayed or misplaced, and assist in any further steps like issuing interim relief or helping with refunds.
4. Special Assistance Services
   • Make sure passengers with special needs get the help they need.
   • Assist unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, or passengers in wheelchairs with their journey through the airport.
   • Ensure all special requests are fulfilled to make passengers feel comfortable and cared for.
5. Premium Services
   • Deliver premium services to first-class and business-class passengers, ensuring that their airport journey is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
   • Be proactive in checking passengers’ profiles to ensure their preferences and needs are met.
   • Handle any administrative duties related to premium passengers and their experience at the airport.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: At least 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• Experience: You must have 2+ years of experience in airport operations or customer service.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience with airline passenger and baggage handling is preferred.
• Behavioral Skills: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
