About Enel Green Power Bursary

Enel Green Power is currently accepting applications for 2025 academic year bursaries.

Bursaries will be awarded to students residing within the company’s community of operations, in Limpopo, the Northern Cape, Western Cape and Free State, for studies in any field.

Candidates will be selected based on the following main criteria: academic excellence and financial need.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

  • You must be a South African citizen
  • You must reside within 50km of Enel Sites (Adams Solar, Gibson Bay Wind Farm, Nojoli Wind Farm, Nxuba Wind Farm, Paleisheuwel (Electrca Capital), Garob Wind Farm, Pulida Energy, Sublunary Trading, Tom Burke Solar, Oyster Bay Wind Farm, Karusa Wind Farm, Soetwater Wind Farm), in Limpopo, the Free State, Northern Cape, or Western Cape
  • You must have completed Matric
  • You must be studying or intend on studying towards a Diploma/ Degree or NQF Level 4 Technical and Vocational programme
  • You must be studying or intend on studying at a recognised and accredited public institution in South Africa (University, University of Technology and TVET College)
  • You must a strong academic record
  • You must have proven financial need and be able to demonstrate lack of sufficient financial resources
