Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• Fitter & Turner Trade Qualification
• Equivalent fitter Qualification registered and recognised by the Government of RSA.

Related Minimum Experience:
• 2 years’ relevant Post Qualification experience.

Skills and Competencies
• Good fitting skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in the use of basic hand tools
• Basic planning skills
• Knowledge in use of different tools and equipment
• Computer literacy

Knowledge
• Ability to use Mechanical measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret component drawing and tolerances.
• Ability to maintain a high-quality standard of work.
• Familiar with the OSHACT 85 of 1993
• Basic knowledge of quality systems
