Job Purpose To supervise the provision of administration and support services to the Municipal Court.
Key Responsibility Areas Supervises staff and briefing staff on latest policies and memoranda.Monitoring the servicing of equipment.Maintains a case management system.Co-ordinates and control Court statistics.Administers petty cash expenditure.Administers and record all incidents relating to the functioning of the Court.Administers retrieval, archiving, binding and updating of Courts records.

Preferred Requirements Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent in the Administration field.4 years relevant experience.
