Position Overview
These Provincial Field Coordinator roles are critical for the successful implementation of FAO’s project, “Development of Sustainable Fishery Value Chains in BARMM.” The coordinators will operate in various provincial locations, working closely with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project activities. The initial contract is for 12 months, with a three-month probation period, emphasizing FAO’s commitment to delivering impactful results within a defined timeframe.

Qualities and Qualifications
Candidates interested in these roles should possess a university degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Community Development, or related fields. A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in fisheries, rural development, program management, or coordination with government and NGOs is essential. Fluency in English and Tagalog, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
