Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To supervise the provision of reception, cleaning, mailing, printing, administration services and other relevant outsourcing services for facilities management.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Develop, implement and maintain relevant policies and procedures required for administration and office support
- Supervise the day-to-day provision of support services related to reception, cleaning, catering, courier, and boardroom management

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for execution and support of the development, promotion, implementation and monitoring of talent management solutions in line with the talent management strategy and framework.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Talent management (TM) operations
- In cooperation with the TM Manager and Specialist, contributes to the development and implementation of various TM initiatives

- Create custom reports and queries as required and analyse the information to provide information to talent management function and management.
General

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
