Fidelity Services Group is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their team and the position will be based in Roodepoort, Gauteng

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
INTRODUCTION
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. The Receptionist will also be responsible for answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
