Fluidlink Manager (Durban, ZA)
Location: Durban
Purpose of the Job
To maintain the existing network while growing new Fluidlink services to new customers through developing strategies and initiatives that will contribute to the delivery of Lubricants in meeting the current and future customer so at ensure that the Fluidlink APM is recognised as a key service differentiator for sustainability of our Lubricants business but growth in heavy industry in South Africa and the business unit remains technologically relevant in the markets whilst exceeding customer expectations.

- You have experience in a manufacturing environment where complex equipment are utilized
- You have excellent Lubricants product knowledge.
- You have a reputation for high standard of work and professionalism.
- You have built trust among industrial role players, colleagues, and peers.
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment.
- You have experience in Sales pitching and are passionate about sales and acquiring a deal.
What you’ll have done before
Baseline:
- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Engineering)
- 8 years’ experience managing FluidLink sites or in a mechanical role within heavy industry.
- 3 years’ People Management experience

What you’ll be doing
- Proactively find solutions for customers day to day challengers
- Building and leverage the brand and expertise to build trust from our customers.
- Leading the latest technology to retain customers
- Ensures the expansion of our business through new customers and additional service offering to customers.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage staff effectively.
- Contribute to Engen NPS scorecard by providing excellent service to customers.
- Increasing the profitability and Volumes to New and existing Fluidlink Customers.
