The program offers unique challenges and opportunities, including target-driven roles, making it ideal for those with a passion for sales, excellent customer service, and outstanding communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • Must be between the ages 18–34 years.
  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Minimum matric certificate (additional qualifications equivalent to NQF 5 or 6 are accepted)
  • Unemployed for at least 6 months
  • Limited work experience (less than 12 months, casual or part-time). This should be the candidate’s first job experience.
  • Must not have been part of the FirstJob program or previously employed by FirstRand.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Must have to criminal record.
  • Willing to complete both a learnership and gain work experience simultaneously.
