What the Fellowship Entails

The fellowship is structured as a flexible, virtual position requiring approximately 16-24 hours per week over a span of three months. The selected fellow will play a crucial role in researching and updating WINGS’ knowledge about its membership network and the broader philanthropy landscape. Their core responsibilities will include:

• Developing a methodology and framework for data collection on WINGS members.
• Conducting desk research to gather relevant information.
• Reaching out to members to fill in research gaps.
• Preparing a draft presentation summarizing the findings.

This role offers a hands-on experience in data management, research, and stakeholder engagement—perfect for individuals seeking to develop practical skills within an international context.

Who Should Apply?

WINGS is seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about civil society and philanthropy, with some prior research experience. Ideal applicants will possess strong English communication skills—both written and verbal—and demonstrate the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
