Job Purpose
We are seeking a reliable team player to perform general tasks that require minimal training or induction.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Ability to load and offload stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Stock control and management.
- Provide excellent client service.
- Capable of performing physically demanding manual labor.
- Continuously contribute to improving job performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role of the General Worker involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Ensure the premises remain clean and orderly.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist customers and suppliers with loading and unloading stock in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards on the premises.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Skills Required
- Strong service orientation.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and in excellent health.
