Giesecke and Devrient Mobile Security is seeking a proactive Order Management Intern to join our team.

As an Operations Intern, you will gain valuable experience by supporting order management and operational processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role will provide you with hands-on exposure to operational workflows, order tracking, and coordination across teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with placing internal orders.
  • Ensure all documentation in relation to the order is correct and filed according to the guidelines.
  • Support the customer operations team with weekly tracking of the orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and provide status updates.
  • Provide updates to the sales team on orders placed.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Assist in compiling reports related to operational performance and delivery schedules.
