What You’ll Be Doing
As an Operations Coordinator at Hungry Lion, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities to support the success of our stores and marketing initiatives:
Brand Project Management
- Oversee Activator and Mystery Shopper programs , working with the marketing team to improve restaurant sales and service quality.
- Analyze program data and recommend actionable improvements to drive success.
- Manage meal allocations for mystery shoppers, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Coordinate marketing activities for new store openings.
- Communicate upcoming campaigns to store management and marketing teams.
- Protect the Hungry Lion brand by managing risks and ensuring all activities meet growth KPIs.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the communication bridge between Head Office, stores, and external suppliers , maintaining brand alignment.
- Oversee the Halaal application process for current stores and new expansions.
- Lead a small team of central operations administrators and regional brand activators.
- Coordinate with teams like operations, marketing, payroll, and HR to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Negotiate with service providers for favorable agreements.
Travel & Meeting Coordination
- Manage calendars for Operations Management, organize meetings, and ensure action items are executed on time.
- Use Monday.com to create and maintain project boards, track progress, and train the operations team on the platform.
- Plan travel arrangements and accommodations for the Operations team efficiently and cost-effectively.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in project administration or project coordination is essential.
- A qualification in Public Relations , Sales , or Marketing is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail branch network is preferred.
- Familiarity with systems like Monday.com , Sage X3 , and Google Workspace is an advantage.
