Icebolethu Group is currently in search of a Procurement Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for procuring goods and services in compliance with Group Policies and Procedures within the Group Finance Department a Division of Icebolethu Group.
Responsibilities
- Manage vetting and evaluation of suppliers.
- Communicate policies and procedures to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Source quotations as per approved company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate prices and discounts with service providers.
- Negotiate, monitor and co-ordinate Service Level Agreements.
- Manage the procurement system for goods and services according to the approved specification.
- Monitor the stock demand and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness of the commitment register.
- Receive and verify goods against the purchase order.
- Resolve end-user departments and supplier queries regarding order status.
- Collect supplier B-BBEE information.
The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered:
- National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain management.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in procurement in a corporate environmentHonesty and integrity.

Human Resources Business Partner
Description

We are calling for suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of the HR Business Partner who will be required to provide human capital advice and support to Business Leadership and their respective teams (staff).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Human Sciences / Organisational or Industrial Psychology or other related degree qualification.
- Registration with the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP) is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License

- Knowledge of related labour laws and legislation.
- Knowledge of international labour laws and legislation will be added advantage

Key Performance Areas:
- Advise, coach, and support line managers and staff on full range of HR function services, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, induction, training and development, employee wellness, organisation design, job profiling, etc.
- Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with respective business units.
- Delivery on staffing resourcing by ensuring high quality employees` for the business. Implementation of the full performance management cycle in the business.
- Driving the values, culture and creation of a great working environment at business level.
- Help identify, prioritise, and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes for business growth and success.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes at business level.
- Handle employee relations /dispute resolution in areas of responsibilities, including CCMA/ Labour Court matters.
- Execute all HR processes in the employment and business cycle, in line with policy and legislation – recruitment, psychometric assessments, induction, learning and development, workforce planning, talent retention and rewards, etc.
- Support management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy and plans.
- Facilitate line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organisation aligned with the strategic leadership agenda.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follows-up to ensure training objectives are met.
