Job Opportunities at the IRC

We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team in various locations around the world. Whether you have experience in humanitarian response, program management, or finance and operations, we have a range of roles available that can match your skills and interests.

Program Management Roles

  • Program Manager – Emergency Response: Lead the implementation of emergency response programs in crisis-affected areas, ensuring timely delivery of essential services to refugees and affected communities.
  • Program Manager – Health: Manage health programs that provide essential medical care, nutrition support, and hygiene promotion to vulnerable populations.
  • Program Manager – Education: Develop and implement education programs that promote access to quality education for refugee children and youth.

Finance and Operations Roles

  • Finance Manager: Oversee financial management of IRC programs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
  • Operations Manager: Ensure efficient and effective management of IRC operations, including logistics, supply chain management, and IT.

Human Resources Roles

  • HR Manager: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, provide support to staff on recruitment, benefits, and performance management.
  • Recruitment Specialist: Support the recruitment process for IRC staff, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Other Roles
