• Coordination of Work Activities at Facility
  • Must be able to do bill backs (interdepartmental) for courier services and chauffer service companies.
  • Monthly setting up of meetings with service providers
  • Monitoring of Supplier SLAs
    • Performance

• Financial Management
  • Report to FM monthly status
• Variance reporting (budget vs actual)
• Upon agreement of charge, good receipt (GR) work done on JD Edwards.
• Contact supplier and request for additional support when necessary to ensure facility is well maintained.

• Contract Administration
• Team Leave Administration

Minimum Requirements

• Completed B-Degree/Diploma in Finance Management
• No less than 3 years of working experience within Facilities Management Space within a similar role
• Administratively strong and proficient in MS Office Suite (Specifically Excel)

• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to liaise in a professional manner with stakeholders in finance, procurement and suppliers/client-centric
• Experience in coordination of suppliers’ activities on site and in-house facilities management
