- Setting up appointments with and interviewing clients.
- Collecting all possible documentation, evidence and information to build a client’s case.
- Generating a weekly/monthly report with results for all assigned tasks.
- Verifying insurance documentation and order medical records from providers.

- Reading and reviewing documentation to flag issues.
- Utilizing the Firm’s software.

- Quarterly:
- Participate in Process planning sessions
- Contribute to company-wide process skills-sharing
- Continuous:
- Review and analyze departmental core processes and propose improvements
- Deliver documentation and diagrams to the SharePoint Design Specialist for their publication and dissemination
- Create Squad documentation and update documents impacted by changes introduced as a result of company-wide initiatives and Squads/Committees
