DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful applicants will be responsible for carrying out duties according to their position. Kitchen staff may assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, maintaining food hygiene, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
Sushi Chefs and Chinese Chefs should be able to prepare food according to restaurant standards while maintaining high levels of hygiene and quality.
Waitrons will assist customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain clean dining areas, and provide professional customer service.
Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and presentable kitchen, restaurant, and common areas.
Kitchen Assistants will support chefs with food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning work areas, receiving supplies, and other general kitchen duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should be hardworking, reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Previous hospitality, restaurant, kitchen, or cleaning experience may be an advantage depending on the position. Candidates must be willing to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
