As a Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative healthcare products, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional customer service.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have :

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and boost revenue growth.
Foster and nurture connections with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and relevant individuals.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and value of our products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to successfully implement sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in business or healthcare, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with customers.
Strong ability to negotiate and persuade effectively, with the skill to influence important individuals.
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred:

Experience in medical device sales.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of medical terminology.
Experience in conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations.
Fluency in multiple languages.
Valid driver’s license.

Other:

Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.
Travel requirement: Up to 20% within the national territory.
Relevant certifications in sales or healthcare are preferred.
No specific union language required.
Valid driver’s license is required for this role.
