Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor and analyse security alerts and incidents.
● Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in remediation.
● Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools and systems

● Support security policy implementation and compliance.
● Contribute to cyber security awareness programs
● Collaborate with various departments ensuring compliance with security requirements through effective communication and task management.

Qualifications:
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (orequivalent experience).
○ Relevant certifications e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+ (or equivalent)

● Technical Skills:
○ Basic understanding of network protocols and security tools.
○ Familiarity with SIEM systems and cybersecurity frameworks.
○ Experience with security platform management.

● Soft Skills:
○ Persistence and diplomacy in handling interdepartmental collaborations.
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
○ Excellent written and verbal communication.
○ Ability to work in a team and independently.
○ Effective task management and organisational skills.
