Kaizer Chiefs fans urge Nabi to make emergency attacking signing
Kaizer Chiefs have enjoyed a hot-and-cold start to life under Tunisian tactician Nasreddine Nabi.
Just when the Glamour Boys appeared to have turned the corner, they were mercilessly brought back down to earth by SuperSport United on Tuesday night.
The club roped in three new signings in the January transfer window however, Nabi is still seemingly short of quality options.
Kaizer Chiefs fans however believe that a brave transfer decision needs to be taken.
Kaizer Chiefs fans call for Naledi Hlongwane
Amakhosi fans believe a solution to the club’s attacking problems is available in their Diski Challenge side.
Taking to social media, many Kaizer Chiefs fans have urged Nasreddine Nabi to promote teenage striker Naledi Hlongwane.
Fans believe Hlongwane and new signing Makabi Lilepo can form a dangerous attacking partnership.
One fan on X said: “This boy is special @KaizerChiefs we need this boy as our number nine in the 1st team,”
Furthermore, others have taken aim at Nabi over his reluctance to promote the lethal attacker.

In other related news, Kaizer Chiefs have secured the services of an important first team player for at least one more season.
The Glamour Boys already have one eye on next season, and while much of the focus will be on signing new players, it’s equally important for the club to retain their stars.
The club have reportedly reached an agreement with Edson Castillo to extend his contract at the club.
Castillo signs new contract at Chiefs
“I can confirm that Edson will stay for another season, he has renewed his contract with Chiefs and there is also an option to continue for another year,” his agent Mauricio Andrade told iDiski Times.
“Edson is very happy with his extension as it was his desire to continue with club for next years to come. He is committed to help the team win trophies.”
The Venezuelan is currently injured however, head coach Nasreddine Nabi made it clear previously that Castillo will be given a full chance to shine under him.
Nabi described Castillo as, “He’s a good man, he’s a gentleman, I respect him a lot,” to the same publication previously.
