Kaizer Chiefs Transfer News: Two Strikers and a Right-Back
Are Kaizer Chiefs finally making the first signing of the January transfer window next week, or better yet, this weekend? Otherwise, Amakhosi supporters will continue to show further frustration.
THREE PLAYERS LINKED WITH KAIZER CHIEFS
According to reports over the past 48 hours, Amakhosi are closing in on signing the 30-year-old striker Tashreeq Morris from SuperSport United, while Christian Saile will move the opposite way in a swap deal. That’s not all. Kaizer Chiefs are also targeting Lwandile Mabuya, the right-back from Richards Bay. Additionally, the club is linked with the Congolese striker Glody Lilepo who plays for Valenciennes FC in France.

KAIZER CHIEFS BOSSES EXPECTED TO DELIVER
Kaizer Chiefs’ January transfer intentions have been heavily scrutinised. Here’s the latest from Amakhosi assistant coach Ben Khalil Youssef.
Speaking to the media before this weekend’s match against Sekhukhune United, Amakhosi’s Youssef was asked to share the latest transfer intentions at Kaizer Chiefs. According to the Tunisian, the technical team have given their list of wanted players. “The final decision, that’s the decision of the board, you know,” Yussef told journalists at the pre-match conference. “We have prepared everything on which players we need and what we want but it’s the decision of the board. They will also look at things from their side and see which one will be possible and they will take it from there. From our side we have done our part,” the Kaizer Chiefs technical team number two said.
