What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you’ll be the heart of our kitchen and front of house, ensuring smooth operations and happy
customers. Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
Cooking & Preparation: Quickly and accurately prepare KFC products, ensuring every order meets our quality
standards.
Order Management: Handle multiple orders, ensuring each is well-packaged and correctly prepared.
Food Safety: Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, properly store food, and manage supplies efficiently.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with orders, suggest menu items, and handle payments at the
counter or drive-thru.
Team Support: Work collaboratively with your team, take on additional tasks as needed, and help keep the
restaurant running smoothly.
What You Need
To be considered for this role, make sure you meet these requirements:
Matric qualification
Reside within 15km of the job location
Clear criminal record

Previous experience in customer service or food preparation
Familiarity with using cash registers or POS systems
A positive attitude and the ability to handle busy periods with ease
