Purpose of the Job

To manage the interface between the organization and industry-specific customers through key customer retention focused Lubricant Sales & Marketing fuel business growth (existing and new) and to profitably manage the Commercial business through market research by optimizing sales opportunities in order to add value to the business base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer and Stakeholder Management – Sales
  • Demand Forecast and Supply Management
  • Sales HSE Compliance and Governance
  • Sales Channel Management
  • Sales Plan Implementation
  • Sales Strategies

Education

Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing/ Business/ Commerce

Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably within Commercial fuels sector)

Valid Driver’s license

Location

Gaborone
