Masandawana won 4-2 at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane to move 15 points clear at the top of the standings.

However, the Tshwane giants have played four more matches than their nearest challengers, Orlando Pirates.

At this stage, debate rages as to whether ‘points accumulated’ is more valuable than ‘matches in hand’.

Mouth-watering match

They have scored a league-leading 46 goals and conceded a joint-low 11, giving them a points differential of 35.
