Our 18-month Graduate Programme gives young individuals ample opportunities to develop and succeed in building a successful career at MMC.

Qualifying Criteria:

• A South African citizen
• A recent graduate i.e. must have completed your qualification in 2024 or prior
• A degree from an accredited university
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Candidates must reside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Insurance and Risk Management
• Business Management
• Law (BCom or LLB)
• Economics
• BCom Finance or Accounting
• BSc. Actuarial and Financial Mathematics
• Bcom. Business Science
• BSc. Mathematics
• BSc. Statistics
• BSc. Property Studies
• Bachelor of Engineering (all specialisations)
