Job Summary

Our mine, situated in the Limpopo Province about 60 kilometres from Lydenburg and 40 kilometres from Burgersfort, and is a world-class producer of Chrome Ore. The purpose of the job is to monitor the activities around the mine.

• Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor and control the pre extraction process by allocating and managing resources to attain the production targets, safety and cost effectively
• Immediately report accident or incident to control room and senior shift Overseer
• Perform relevant risk assessments as required
• Ensure safe and cosy effective implementation of and compliance to the mining cycle process and procedures
• Investigate relevant issues
• Completion of accident pr incident reports

• Minimum Requirements
• Grade 10 report
• Blastic certificate
• Code 8 or 10 driving licence
• Mine overseer certificate will be advantageous
• Grade 12 will be advantageous
• Clear criminal record
• Valid ID or passport
