To offer dependable and professional delivery, facilities management and administrative services to both internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • A National Senior Certificate is essential
  • Valid driver’s licence with no endorsements is essential
  • It is essential to have 1-2 years’ work experience in an administrative field
  • The incumbent should have 1-2′ years driving experience
  • It would be an advantage to have your own insured vehicle
  • Willing to participate in the afterhours standby schedule which includes weekends and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Various administrative duties such as scanning and saving of electronic documents in the relevant folders.
  • Recording of receipt and scanned dates to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Maintenance of generator upkeep and testing
  • Security standby and callout support
  • Plan and schedule deliveries / collections with relevant clients according to business requirements
  • Load, transport and deliver / collect items to/from the correct clients within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain an accurate daily record of deliveries / collections and kilometres travelled
  • Perform daily vehicle safety checks
  • Ensure that the vehicles are maintained according to the maintenance and service plans
