Position Overview

We are seeking an honest and trustworthy Key Vault Administrator to manage our vehicle key control. While the primary responsibility is key management, the role also involves customer interaction and showroom assistance when necessary.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Manage and control the key vault with precision, including scanning keys in and out daily.
• Ensure all keys are returned promptly after each test drive and vehicles are parked correctly.
• Report vehicle issues promptly and provide administrative support by retrieving vehicle information as needed.
• Conduct key stock take audits mid-month and month-end.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-intensity administration role.
• Valid Driver’s License (code 08)
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Contactable references and clear criminal record.
