The Motus Receptionist position requires you to effectively handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a smooth and professional reception environment. - Open DRs and ensure proper processing
- Book vehicles on the TMS system and manage the vehicle log to ensure smooth operations

General Duties as Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional reception for clients, guests, and visitors
- Answer and direct calls, managing incoming phone calls, providing information, and redirecting calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage appointments by scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments or meetings for staff and clients
- Handle correspondence by sorting, distributing, and responding to emails, faxes, and postal mail as required
- Maintain the front desk area by keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties
- Handle client inquiries by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, or escalating them to the relevant department
- Prepare documents to assist in creating reports, meeting materials, and other documents as needed
- Monitor security by maintaining visitor logs and ensuring that security protocols, such as issuing visitor badges, are followed
- Maintain office supplies by monitoring and replenishing reception and common areas with necessary items
- Process payments by handling transactions, processing client payments, or assisting with invoicing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication

- Hold a Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

- Show proficiency in TMS
