Job Responsibilities

As a Telesales Agent, you’ll play a vital role in promoting Mr Price’s latest telco products. Here’s what you’ll do:
Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Call prospective customers and introduce them to Mr Price Money’s products.
  • Use dynamic campaign scripts to showcase and sell products to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide clear product details, prices, and benefits.

Customer Data Management

  • Accurately update customer contact details to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Ensure adherence to FAIS, FICA, and POPIA compliance standards.
  • Keep records of customer calls and interactions for future reference.

Achieve Targets

  • Use your persuasion and sales skills to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, promoting a positive customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful as a Telesales Agent, you’ll need the following:
Education:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of telesales experience in a call centre.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Sales Techniques – Knowledge of persuasive sales techniques.
