Do You Qualify?

- Educational Qualification: A minimum of Grade 12.
- Experience: 2-3 years of customer care experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Knowledge:

- Familiarity with ICASA regulations and online purchasing processes.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
