• Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide a comprehensive call centre agent function related to receiving and dispatching calls
• Enhance customer service experience in a professional and polite
• Ensure compliance with the municipality’s service charter and turnaround times on complaints
• Reach and exceed goals set by the municipality
• Perform any related Ad Hoc task and duties and requests
• Perform general worker duties

• Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
• Grade 12 report
• Call Centre Support
• National Certificate will be advantageous
• Fully Bi-Lingual
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Passionate, motivated and friendly individual
