Introduction
Necsa Group, through the Necsa Learning Academy, is committed to skills development in South Africa. As part of this initiative, the organization is offering a 24-month Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for students who have completed their N6 qualification at a TVET college and require practical training to graduate.
Job Description
This WIL Programme is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in their respective fields. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals and gain technical expertise in the following disciplines:
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Fitter and Turner
- Mechanical Fitter
- Boilermaker
- Welder
- Plumber
- Civil Engineering
Applicants must submit proof from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical training.
Ideal Candidate
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizens aged 18 to 35
- Completed N6 qualification in one of the specified disciplines
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in any previous Necsa Graduate Programme
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, analytical skills, and ambition to learn
Role Responsibilities

- Work under the supervision of qualified professionals
- Develop hands-on technical skills relevant to their field of study
