Nota Baloyi claims: ‘Almost all the DA guys are gay’

Controversial music exec Nota Baloyi claimed that almost all the Democratic Alliance leaders are gay.

Nota, notorious for speaking his mind, made the startling claims on the 24-Hour Podcast.

NOTA MAKES SHOCKING CLAIMS AGAINST DA LEADERS

Music manager Nhlamulo Nota Baloyi continues to land in hot water with his controversial remarks.

The music exec recently appeared on the 24-Hour Podcast, where he had a lot to say about the Democratic Alliance (DA) leaders.

During the podcast, Baloyi made wild claims about the DA’s leaders, alleging that almost all of them are gay.

“Almost all the DA guys are gay: Dean McPherson, a gay guy; the MEC of Public Works in KZN, a gay guy; and the mayor of Cape Town, a gay guy. Like the guys in the entire DA, they should be D-Gay,” he claimed.

He added, “That’s why they want John Steenhuisen out because he likes he likes p**sy,” claimed Baloyi.

SA HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION LAUNCHES INVESTIGATION ON BALOYI’S COMMENTS

Nota is facing backlash as the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) has initiated an investigation into the racial slurs made on the Hustle Corner Podcast. The controversial music producer referred to white South Africans as “inferior” and “dogs.”

In a statement, the SAHRC confirmed that they became aware of Nota Baloyi’s divisive comments after receiving numerous complaints.

“The matter is under assessment, and the Commission will determine the best way forward, which may include instituting proceedings in the relevant Equality Court as per section 13(3X(b) of the South African Human Rights Commission Act 40 of 2013 (SAHRC Act), read with section 20 of the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, 2000.’

The statement continued: “The Commission wishes to remind members of the public that the right to freedom of expression is not absolute. Hate speech and the propagation of war and imminent violence are prohibited. Podcasts are not excluded from these limitations. Podcast owners and guests are subject to the Constitution and all applicable laws.”
