Job Purpose

As a P27 General Assistant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and assist with daily store operations. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals with a passion for retail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and weekly sales targets through excellent customer service.
• Protect store assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Maintain store and department layout according to brand standards.
• Ensure accurate administration for stock room, markdowns, and lay-bys.
• Support merchandise replenishment and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric/Grade 12.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
